Terms of Service
The rules for using Elbify.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Elbify, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Elbify provides session management, moderation logging, player reports and appeals, and audit logging tools for Roblox private servers, accessed through a Discord and Roblox-authenticated dashboard.
3. Account Requirements
You must connect a valid Discord account and Roblox account to access dashboard features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of these accounts.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not use Elbify to harass, abuse, or falsely report other users
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication or access servers you do not have permission to manage
- Do not use the service in a way that violates Discord's or Roblox's terms of service
5. Moderation Records
Actions taken through Elbify, including moderations, reports, and appeal decisions, are logged and may be visible to authorized staff on the relevant server.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Elbify for accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.
7. Disclaimer
Elbify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made by server staff using the platform.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of Elbify after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
