How Elbify collects, uses, and stores your data.
1. Information We Collect
When you sign in with Discord, we receive your Discord user ID, username, and avatar. When you link Roblox, we receive your Roblox user ID, username, and profile picture. We also store server (guild) IDs, channel IDs, and configuration values you set in the dashboard.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use this information to authenticate you, associate your Discord and Roblox accounts, apply your server's configuration, and maintain moderation records, reports, appeals, and audit logs for the servers you access.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. Information is only visible to staff members with dashboard access on the relevant server, and to Elbify for the purpose of operating the service.
4. Data Retention
Moderation logs, reports, appeals, and audit logs are retained to preserve a server's history. You can request deletion of your account data by contacting support, subject to records we're required to keep for moderation integrity.
5. Third-Party Services
Authentication relies on Discord and Roblox OAuth. Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting our support team.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
